Problem to Solve

Mike Kloser, owner of OutThere USA and a hall of fame adventure racer and mountain biker, was dissatisfied with the durability and functionality of backpacks available on the market. After years of testing in extreme sports such as biking, rock climbing, and kayaking, he designed a backpack that outperformed existing products in strength and accessibility. However, his previous Magento 2 website was uninspiring and inefficient, barely meeting the basic requirements to sell his innovative packs.

Based in Vail, Colorado, Mike has been refining his backpack design for 12 years, driven by a passion to create a product that withstands the rigorous demands of adventure racing. Process

Within eight weeks, we designed and launched a new Shopify-based platform that is clean, modern, and fully optimized to showcase OutThere USA’s products. The site not only elevates the brand but also streamlines the user experience, making it easier for customers to access and purchase the gear they need.

Since the launch of the revamped website in late 2023, OutThere USA has seen significant improvements in digital performance.
